*Job Summary: *
* Administratively support project teams to ensure timely execution of the project.
* Responsible for clerical duties related to the maintenance of technical documentation and the document control system.

*Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Ensure all appropriate review and approvals are noted on the documents and drawings.
* Support project document control and distribution within the company transmittal program and track responses to and from customers and vendors.
* Distribute incoming documents to the appropriate departments.
* Assist in the creation and gathering of technical documents for the operations and maintenance manuals.
* Prepare project documentation as needed to facilitate the end of project requirements.
* Other duties as needed to assist the project execution team and the Director of Order Execution.

*Other Job Duties:*

As a member of the Victory Energy Steam Team, your interaction and cooperation with all team members is essential to achieving our ultimate goal - providing equipment that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations.

*Essential Job Qualifications:*
* A working knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel and Word and including MS Project.
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize per project needs.
* Must be motivated and willing to accept large and small challenges with a positive attitude.
* Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
* Must be able to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication skills; both written and verbal are required.
