Join our esteemed team at PTS, a well-established Utah-based organization with a proud 30-year history, as we embark on a search for a dedicated Phlebotomy Instructor at our prestigious *Clearfield* location.

*Position:* Phlebotomy Instructor

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive instruction in the art of phlebotomy for aspiring phlebotomists.
* Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students during lecture and all clinical drawing portions.
* Encourage and support students throughout the program to ensure successful completion.
* Deliver our insightful curriculum in a clear and easily comprehensible manner.
* Manage onsite inventory and classroom cleanliness.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, including classroom documentation (If applicable).
* Productive attendance and timeliness to all scheduled classes.
* _*Required*_ reliable transportation and an address to receive inventory boxes.
* _*Required*_ Technology knowledge with IPads, mirror casting, troubleshooting, etc.
* _*Preferred *_- EKG knowledge and work experience

*State Requirements:*
* At least *two years *of full time phlebotomy experience and/or teaching experience in the previous 5 years (venipunctures, blood collection, lab processing, and special specimen procurement)
* A minimum of *high school or GED* completion is required. Must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon request

*Required Documents:*
(Required to move forward to final interview, and be considered for position)
* Current Resume
* Proof of Education (Diploma, GED, Transcripts)
* Phlebotomy Certification if experience requirements aren't met

*Schedule:*
PM Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00PM-10:00PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 4 hour shift
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
* Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
* Phlebotomy Technician Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
* Clearfield, UT 84015: Relocate before starting work (Required)
