Futures has an immediate need for an experienced Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking an excited and outgoing Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. The Behavioral Health Technician is able to provide outstanding client service and care with compassion and discretion. The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the complete care and support of the patients undergoing treatment at Futures.

Requirements

One year’s experience in a residential or inpatient treatment program, preferred
High School Diploma or GED, required
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Valid Driver’s License, required
Background check and drug screen, required
Proficient at Microsoft Office
Experience with Electronic Medical Records and can update patient information
Must be able to work four weekend shifts per month

Provide a safe and welcoming space for our patients
Customer focused
Display the ability to transport patients to various scheduled appointments
Display have excellent verbal communication skills
Be able to communicate the rules and regulations to new admissions
Build positive and lasting relationships with staff, physicians, and patients
Be goal and career oriented
Maintain a positive attitude that demonstrates commitment and upholding ethical standards
You have a hunger to continue to learn and grow with trainings and in-service
