Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures, including gastric lavage, family planning, and airway management
- Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records systems
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding and medical terminology
- Familiarity with dementia care, trauma medicine, and other specialized areas of nursing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
