Action Group Staffing is currently assisting a client in their search for an Assembly Supervisor position with a manufacturer in the Port of Catoosa.

Ideal Candidate will be an experienced industrial electrician with supervisory and work flow management experience.

Requirements of the Assembly Supervisor:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Five years' general management experience in manufacturing or construction
* Management of 15 to 25 employees

Duties of the Assembly Supervisor:

* Estimates and schedules all assembly labor according to production schedule
* Plans for and requisitions supplies
* Interprets blueprints and specifications to determine best assembly methods
* Recommends improvements and changes to increase efficiency
