Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Experience with neonatal ventilators for newborn care
- Health coaching skills to promote wellness and disease prevention
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Experience administering injections and medication management
- Familiarity with mammography procedures for breast health assessment
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care for toddlers and pediatric patients
- Competence in catheter care and management

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
