Primary Responsibility is the maintenance of client and field consultant schedules by meeting needs through the provision of temporary health care professionals on a daily basis. Staffing Specialist will monitor daily schedule and communicate with both employees and clients on a regular basis through various means of communication including telephone, text, email and our scheduling portal that is all integrated with our internal systems.

*Responsibilities: *

1. Maintenance of all Client accounts according to needs and schedule

2. Must maintain 100% accuracy on shift needs, times, dates, and hours based on client direction

3. Drives 100% fill rate

4. Attention to detail with all modes of communication

5. Contact employees to update employee records as needed per letters, emails, and telephone calls

6. Carry out all duties as assigned to ensure annual compliance with employee records

7. Work with existing and newly hired consultants by ensuring their orientation process is complete, matching them to daily needs and focusing on the facilitation of scheduling of all parties.

8. Maintain temp availability records

9. Achieve daily KPI goals

*Qualifications: *

· BA/BS preferred or related field, or comparable work experience in the industry

· Prefer previous inside sales experience

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of internal and external clients and conflict resolution

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to present, communicate and leverage ideas to internal and external clients

· Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail

· Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple client requests at once

· Must demonstrate; honesty, Integrity, compassion, caring support, commitment, loyalty, and quality

*Schedule: *

Full-Time: Three 12 hour rotating night shifts per week; 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM EST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
