Radiant Health is a leading community mental health center dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals in Grant and Blackford Counties, Indiana. Committed to fostering a culture of compassion and well-being, Radiant Health seeks dynamic and experienced professionals to join its team as Registered Nurses on our Inpatient Unit.

Full time positions will receive a $2000.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment. An additional $1000 monthly bonus will begin at 4 months of employment and continue for 12 months.

Nurses are a vital part of the treatment team for our clients and are responsible for the following:
* Assessing clients upon admission
* Administer and monitor treatment regimens
* Administer prescribed medication, making constant adjustments commensurate with a patient's condition under the supervision of qualified medical staff
* Observe and report behavioral changes
* Maintain control of drugs and medications
* Help patients improve coping capabilities
* Record all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms
* Perform other position related duties as assigned

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and in good standing with the Indiana State licensing board.

We are a National Health Service Corps approved site with the Loan Repayment Program for Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, LCSWs and other licensed professionals (HPSA score directs potential loan repayment amount).

Pay: From $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
