Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to fill an opening located in Florence, Kentucky.

Requirements of the Recruiter:
* MUST be flexible with the working schedule, the hours could be as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 7:00 PM, a 40-hour work week. Will be Monday-Friday except for the occasional Saturday for Job fairs or other business needs
* Must have basic Microsoft experience such as Excel and outlook.
* Previous recruiting experience preferred, but not required
* Must be able to handle a fast pace work environment

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
* Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
* Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
