Advanced Care Staffing is currently looking for *Licensed Practical Nurses *who are available to work *immediately* at any of our Long-Term Care facilities. We have facilities in _Huntington, NY. _We accept LPNs *with or without experience*

*Pay rate: $40/hr*

*Responsibilities of a LPN:*
* Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
* Administer prescribed medications to patients
* Assist in the transport of patients
* Provide companionship and basic care to patients

*Qualifications of a LPN:*
* LPN license
* Licensed to work as a LPN in New York
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Compassionate and caring demeanor

*What Are The Requirements?*
* Updated Resume
* 2 Legal IDs (Drivers License/State ID, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or Work Eligibility ID)
* Social Security Card
* New York License & Registration
* Two Reference letters (1 professional, 1 personal)
* School Diploma or Completion Certificate
* Physical Exam and PPD (current: within *12 months*)Chest X-ray and TB Questionnaire, if PPD is positive
* Proof of immunity for Mumps, Measles, Rubella and Varicella
* Flu Shot (during flu season, September to May)
* COVID-19 Vaccination Card
