Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a part time Groundskeeper for Ridgewood Village Apartments in St. Peters, Missouri. Maxus Groundskeepers are responsible in part for ensuring clean, attractive visual curb appeal for our communities.

*DESCRIPTION: * Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include:
* Maintain the health and visual appeal of property landscaping with the watering, mowing, pruning, trimming etc of planting trees, plants, flowers and shrubs
* Safely operate tools and chemicals such as shovel, mower, pruner, pressure washer, insecticide, fertilizer, etc.
* Assist in preparation for inclement weather depending on climate (snow for winter, hurricanes for summer, etc).
* Tidy up amenity areas (dog park, gym, pool, etc).
* Pick up and dispose of refuse/debris to ensure the communities’ attractiveness and safety.
* Distribute resident notices or community flyers.
* Report any areas of concern to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor such as items that need repairing, restocking, or vendor involvement
* May be required to assist with make ready or maintenance requests, inspections, or inventory

*QUALIFICATIONS: *
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* 6 months of facility or landscaping experience is required.
* Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
