*Devereux/TCV Community Services is Hiring for a Mobile Therapist for its Enhanced Clinical Services Coordination (ECSC) Team*

*$2,500 Sign-On Bonus\**

For over 50 years, TCV Community Services, part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, has provided comprehensive programs and services for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral health and special needs. The *ECSC Mobile Therapist* position will provide mental health treatment to identified individuals ages 21 and over who meet the eligibility criteria for ECSC services.

*About ECSC*

Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination:

· Is the most intensive level of service coordination.

· Is provided as a mobile team approach for individuals with complex psychosocial, medical and psychiatric needs.

· Is a proactive, outcomes-based service model that uses evidence-based assessment and evaluation tools and utilizes best practices for identifying and meeting residents’ needs.

The *ECSC Therapist *will be responsible for reporting to Devereux/TCV’s Service Coordination program and:

· Complete Initial Intake Assessment, ensuring all consents and Release of Information are done according to procedures and at the first session.

· Provide individual and group therapy session for the Enhanced Clinical Service Coordination Team. Services are provided in the home or in other community setting.

· Develop effective working relationships that endure with persistent outreach even when there is reluctance to receptive services while maintaining healthy boundaries

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all involved in assigned cases.

· Telehealth can be used when clinically appropriate based on consumers’ needs but is not the replacement for regular face to face treatment. (Following all documentation requirements).

· Facilitate group therapy session weekly ensuring more than three individuals attend per session. (No more than 10 participants in a group). Prepare group to address the needs utilizing materials. Document group notes for each individual participant, remembering to reflect treatment goals (all documentation requirements for group treatment).

· Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of service not to exceed three days. Obtain signature of the consumers at time of service (Encounter forms, treatment plans, ROIs).

· Contribute to the development and reviews of Individualized Service Plans at the start of treatment and reviewed every 90 days.

· Document treatment and therapy notes in accordance with policies, procedure and requirements reflecting treatment goals, interventions used, consumers progress/lack thereof.

· Ability to work independently when necessary and communicate effectively with the supervisor

· Maintain billable units of 4.5 hours per day.

· Provide a consistent positive outlook, which encourages recovery and full inclusion in the community and not forgetting to be a persistent advocate for those served.

· Actively participate in team meetings sharing key information to ensure best outcomes.

· Actively engage in clinical and administrative supervision sessions weekly with ECSC Supervisor in accordance with policy.

· Complete all mandatory and department

trainings and attends all meetings.

· *Hourly pay rate of $21.44 to $25.50 (depending upon education and experience)*.

· *$2,500 Sign-On Bonus\**

\*The prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $2,500 sign on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a "satisfactory" rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.

*Job Qualifications and Experience*

*Education and Experience: *

· Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

· Valid PA driver's license and 3-year driving history.

· Pre-employment drug screening and state and federal clearances.

· A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a mental health setting.

· Must be able to use good judgment in decision making and have good time management skills.
