*About the Position:*
The VP of Re-Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue, both within and outside our Area of Responsibility (AOR), through proactive market analysis, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic pricing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing marketing strategies, and managing the entire lifecycle of used equipment within the dealership.
*Responsibilities:*

* Understand equipment values and market trends to proactively strategize the placement and pricing of used equipment.
* Drive consistency in digital marketing efforts for Gooseneck and used equipment inventory to boost sales revenue, including online and international sales strategies.
* Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for used equipment, ensuring alignment with market trends.
* Set pricing strategies based on comprehensive market analysis and negotiate sales contracts to maximize profitability.
* Stay informed about market trends, demand, and pricing of used equipment to make data-driven decisions.
* Provide regular reports and insights to relevant stakeholders regarding market dynamics.
* Work closely with other departments and align remarketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of remarketing strategies.
* Develop and implement processes that increase used equipment sales, profit margins, and inventory turnover.
* Oversee valuation, reconditioning, and wholesale processes to optimize the value of used equipment.
* Leverage technology solutions for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
* Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the latest technological advancements and tools in the industry.
* Develop and manage budgets for the used equipment department.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*

* Proven experience in remarketing or a related field within the agricultural equipment industry.
* In-depth knowledge of equipment values, market trends, and digital marketing strategies.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to set pricing strategies based on market analysis.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
