Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - New York State

VocoVision is excited to partner with a prestigious educational institution in New York State to hire a remote Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2024-2025 academic year. We're seeking a dedicated professional with previous experience in school-based or related settings to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working from home.

Responsibilities:

Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
Design and implement individualized intervention programs to address communication, language development, articulation, and social communication needs virtually.
Foster effective collaboration with educators and other relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support services.

Experience:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, preferably in a school-based or related setting.

Education:

Valid New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

Job Details:

Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year.
This role is an independent contractor position.
Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
37 hours per week.
