Speech-Language Pathologist Vacancy

To qualify for this position, applicants must

Have their Speech license in Georgia
Have a masters degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
Clinical fellows or CCC-SLPs welcome
Preferably, some experience in pediatrics or schools

Responsibilities

Proficiency to identify, plan, implement, and evaluate SLP therapy treatment for school-aged children with cognitive communication disorders, speech and/or language impairments or delays
Ability to treat speech, language and cognitive-communication disorders in school-aged children
Facilitate goals and objectives per childs educational plan
Counsel parents, students and teachers regarding speech and/or language disorders
Work in coordination with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
Maintain appropriate records
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
Perform other SLP duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certification
Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and project a professional image at all times
Adhere to productivity requirements, complete productivity reports and submit in a timely manner
