Schedule Details: Our Maintenance Technicians must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays. Shifts can range from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Responsibilities:- Inspect guestrooms, public space, and back-of-the-house areas to repair, touch up, or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, etc., and other miscellaneous repairs. This requires the individual to possess extensive knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades in order to inspect and detect items needing repair visually.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job.
- Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push, and pull.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- Other duties as assigned

- 1+ years of related experience
- Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Grasp, stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 3+ years or more of job-related experience
