Industrial Electrician FULL-TIME

$36/hr

* Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test a wide variety of instrumentation (including sensors, encoders, potentiometers, control valves).
* Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs wiring circuits, transformers, and control devices in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with other employees to improve execution of task.
* Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical systems on production equipment.
* May operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.
* Will utilize both hand and power tools effectively while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.
* Maintaining clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.

Shift start: 7:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
Must be available to work weekends and Overtime

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
  • Must pass background check
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Must be a carded electrician Must have industrial experience Advanced electrical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace AC/DC drives and motors; and calibrate and set speed cards, potentiometers, tachs, encoders, etc. Ability to troubleshoot using multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes. The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams. Must have a strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation. Basic understanding of 5S Basic computer knowledge Basic CMMS knowledge
