We are looking for a highly motivated hardworking individual who has a positive attitude with high energy to support our stores on the sales and service side. This is an inside sales position. Receiving in-bound calls as well as making outbound calls to clients from our car care centers to arrange auto glass quotes, claims, replacements, and installations.
COMPENSATION: $18/ hour + OT + Commission Commission structure is uncapped. Monthly potential of $6K+

Qualifications
- Availability needed: Monday – Saturday (8:00-5:30) 5 days – Closed Sunday
- Must have the following characteristics: Polite, Presentable, Honest, Smart, Dependable, Motivated, High Energy, Happy, Ambitious, Conscientious, Respectful
- Great organizational, computer, and social skills
- Ability to manage time and stay on task
- Previous networking experience is a plus
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Previous sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to handle stress
- Ability to communicate clearly
