AI/ML Product Manager, Senior Specialist

Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for the enablement of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technology across products within a specific business area, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product(s) and technology required to create efficiencies and value through AI-based solutions. Products often have enterprise-wide implications.
As the Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for the delivery of Vanguards Financial Advisory Services Next Best Action (NBA) module, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders in sales to define and execute a transformative product roadmap. Leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics you'll provide actionable data driven recommendations that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product management activities for multiple products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact. Drive the design and continuous improvement of AI/ML technical solutions.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensure business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
- Coach technical product teams towards AI/ML best practices and learnings. Oversee product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
- Facilitate strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drive connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of new AI/ML technical products with cross-divisional impact. Define and analyze AI/ML markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
- Influence and employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
- Participate in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
- Drive the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of eight years related business experience, with at least four years of technical project management experience.

- AWS
- Experience leading the delivery of Next-Best-Action/Decision Engines
- Financial Services experience
