L.L.Bean is searching for Sales Associates to join their team at our NEWEST STORE coming to Silver Spring Square in Mechanicsburg PA. This store is targeted to open Fall 2024.

Pay range for position: $16.00 - $19.13/hr

Starting pay for this role will be $16.00/hr

Virtual group Interviews will be conducted: August 13th-17th

In-Person group interviews will be conducted: August 20th-8/24

Sales Associates Responsibilities include:

  • Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement

  • Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in getting customers to enjoy the restorative powers of being outside

  • Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods
