As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBT will implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life. The Registered Behavior Technician RBT is key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential. Above all, the Registered Behavior Technician RBT will uphold professional standards, maintain compassion, and advocate for each child’s needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the communityImplement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.Qualifications:Must be RBT certified or willing to become certified (We provide resources for RBT certification if not currently certified).Must be at least 18 years old.High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (due to the physical nature of the role and potential to assist clients with mobility).Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).Ability to pass a background check.Skills & Abilities:Basic knowledge of ABA principles preferred but not required (training will be provided).Legal Requirements:Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection.Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare and mandatory reporting.Physical ability to assist with safety protocols, including lifting or moving clients when needed.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.Flexible scheduling options.If you're passionate about helping children grow and thrive, and meet the qualifications listed above, we'd love to hear from you
