TRC Talent Solutions has a direct hire opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent in Denton, TX. This position is with a leader in Data Center operations.    The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for supporting on-site coordination for all phases of construction. This includes scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.    Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in scheduling subcontractors, consultants and vendors
  • Assist in performing quality control duties 
  • Help coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions 
  • Help identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards
  • Maintain a written log of daily job activities 
  • Assist in issuing notice of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to quality of work or scheduling 
  • Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified 
  • Complete other duties as assigned 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of construction experience required
  • Data center construction experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Yardi, Procor, and Prolog experience preferred
  • Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)
