Overview:

 

Mercy is currently seeking applications for full-time Regional Resource RNs Candidates for these roles must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy Arkansas facilities, including:

  • Rogers
  • Berryville
  • Springdale
  • Bella Vista
  • Fort Smith
  • All critical access hospitals in AR -Booneville, Waldron, Paris, and Ozark.

 

 

* Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month

 

* Able to pick up shifts up to 21 days in advance 

 

 

Base pay + shift differentials + incentive pay  

 

Weekend Option positions are eligible for an additional $7.50/hr.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have 2 years Critical Care experiece and be open to working medical based floors
  • Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program
  • License: Current RN Arkansas licensure 
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
