We are seeking talented Full-Time Night Shift Behavioral Health Technicians. 12 Hour Shifts.
As a Behavioral Health Technician you will provide direct patient care to patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse while maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment. Your ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient care will be essential to success.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of acute inpatient care with psychiatric experience preferred. Our ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to maintain healthy personal boundaries.
