GSOC Operator

This position is responsible for being the primary responder for all phone calls and alarms from across Auto Club Enterprises which come into the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). They will also assist with completion of other administrative requirements in the company’s GSOC. This includes monitoring security and life safety systems; dispatching contract security personnel; monitoring guard training; preparing written reports; documenting daily activities; following standard operating procedures; and responding to security incidents.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year security work experience in a professional setting.
• Writing technical procedures and reports.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with numerous information technology systems and programs simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Follow Security policies and step by step procedures.
• Assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Ability to follow management priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Work independently without extensive direction or oversight.
• Strong multi-tasking skills. Detail-oriented focus

The starting pay range for this position is:

$17.33 - $23.11

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
