Overview:
Responsible for pre-admission screening, testing, and educating of patients of all age groups. Provides day-to-day review of orders in accordance with Quality Assurance/Utilization Review Plan. Communicates appropriate information to Health Team members to ensure patients have a safe, efficient, caring environment for their surgical procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must have Associate's Degree from accredited nursing program
- Licensure: Current State of practice RN License
- Experience: Prefer at least 3 years experience
