JOB RESPONSIBIILTIES
- Supervise maintenance staff. Develops, counsels, motivates and resolves associate relations issues and conducts performance appraisals and monitors performance of maintenance associates.
- Maintains efficiency and safety of all equipment. Monitors the daily operation and directs action as required.
- Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment and does preventative maintenance.
- Coordinates with the managers and supervisors to establish priorities and schedules the workload to satisfy production needs.
- Coordinates with local contractors and vendors for equipment and services as required.
- Orders parts and equipment and obtains services for repairs and maintenance of the facility’s equipment.
- Completes reports and records and performs other administrative duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4-6 years in the maintenance field with experience in supervising mechanics.
- High School diploma plus 3-5 years of conveyor systems and power equipment experience.
- 2 years supervisory experience or 2 years of formal education desired in related field.
- Must have general knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water systems, building repairs and housekeeping procedures.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards and general practices within the maintenance field.
- Strong knowledge of electricity, mechanical, construction, plumbing and HVAC.
- Strong Communication, organizational, and negotiating skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position has a starting salary range of $57,899 to $78,099 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
