Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce Field Service deployment which manages our core service - Emergency Road Service. As one can imagine, AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance is a fast-paced and evolving entity supporting our members 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. We would like to grow your Salesforce skillset while working alongside your teammates configuring, building and supporting one of the key systems here at AAA.
What you’ll do
Handle all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, automations, integrations with other systems, profile permissions, sharing groups, org wide defaults, and other routine tasks.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce profiles, roles, groups, queues, security, and managing access.
Proactively identify opportunities to build scalable solutions.
Analyze complex systems, fixing bugs, troubleshoot system issues.
Review integrations with other systems to ensure data consistency/integrity.
Collaborate with the other team members to review requirements brought by users, provide feedback to design documents, and ensure a smooth delivery following our software engineering processes.
In collaboration with your team members, maintain the release management process for Salesforce.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for timely upgrades.
Document and maintain thorough documentation of processes, policies, and configurations made to the system.
What you’ll need
You have experience working with a growing team, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience with Salesforce CRM, with an understanding of processes for lead to opportunity through omni channel and digital engagement and territory management.
You are comfortable not knowing the answer to everything, but willing to research and learn.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills, are an analytical thinker, and great at navigating complex issues.
You will partner closely with the business-owner team and technical team to understand business problems, identify, and document requirements, design and deploy Salesforce solutions.
1-2 years of working as a Salesforce administrator supporting a large Salesforce deployment/organization and certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator would be desirable.
You have worked previously with an Agile team or understand these concepts. You expect to participate in daily standup meetings, you’ll complete your projects or stories during our sprints, and you’re ready to meet frequent deployment deadlines.
