Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:

Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more.Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales teamProvide exceptional customer service before, during and after the saleDrive sales and produce resultsDesk dealsManage used car inventory levels and days in stockAppraise and buy carsPurchase used carsManage certified pre-owned programWork with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioningCoordinate sales of all wholesale vehiclesOrder new vehiclesMonitor contracts in transit lists


Qualifications - Auto Dealership Sales Manager:

High enery, strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills.
