Job Description

Pay Rate $18 / hour

Monday - Friday, 10 hours a week

The purpose of this job is to perform routine cleaning and light maintenance at operated fueling facilities cardlock facilities. Maintain and ensure clean and safe facilities.
 

  • Cleaning all areas, including dispensers, islands, buildings, storage areas, parking areas, bathrooms, driveways, gutters, sidewalks, tank slabs and all areas as assigned.
  • Performing light maintenance, including repair and maintenance to hanging hardware and other light duty task as assigned
  • Perform inspections, including all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections required by the organization as well as local, state and federal agencies.
  • Perform South Coast Air Quality Management District inspections at assigned sites per day.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as power outages, spills, etc.
  • Complete all required paperwork.
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Reliable transportation
