Off-Premise Sale Representative FULL-TIME

$48.07/hr

• Service and sell a set of assigned accounts in a specific geographic area to meet Volume & Revenue targets.
• Take proper inventory to write the correct order, introduce new items into distribution, and sell in draft handles.
• Monitor Price and Space Management inside assigned accounts
• Rotate, Stock, and ensure quality control standards of all Markstein products are continuously met.
• Practice Markstein Sales Company sales standards and impact selling techniques while in the trade.
• Participate in all company and supplier sponsored incentive programs.
• Maintain a strong level of Industry knowledge leading to increased Sales.
• Build business relationships with assigned accounts and present professional sales presentations using sales history and pitchbooks.
• Utilize Point of Sale to increase Volume & Revenue.

Schedule

Shift start: 6:00AM or 7:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
  • Must pass background check
  • Can lift 100 lbs
  • Must be at least 21+ years old
Must possess a valid California Class C Driver’s license. 3-5 years of beverage or consumer product sales experience is a plus. Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum 3-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) Must know how to use Apple products such iPhones, and iPads. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and be attentive to details. Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as required.
