Schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm-10:30pm


What you will do:

  • Understand our Guest-focused culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
  • Prepare raw ingredients, and follow recipes.
  • Use proper portioning techniques.
  • Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
  • Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.

Sign on bonus of $1,000 is paid out in increments. $200 after the first 30 days, an additional $300 after 90 days and another $500 after 180 days of employment.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
  • Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.

Qualified candidates should have ability to maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food-handling techniques. Manage station items to not run out and notify Management when low on product, help co-workers when needed and maintain a professional appearance.

The Norwich Inn has 39 lodging rooms, a brewery and full restaurant serving dinner. We offer further education opportunities, health insurance subsidies, a minimum of 2 days off in a row per week, and discounts on hotels and local activities.
