Qualifications you'll bring:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical job experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in formulating and executing SQL queries, as well as researching and analyzing various data sources.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently and possess a sense of accuracy and urgency in completing assignments.
  • Adept at partnering with stakeholders to understand their processes and working with them to collaborate on solutions.
  • Detail orientation with strong organizational skills
  • High technical acumen, ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Your key responsibilities:
  • Assist Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and other non-RPA business area teams in gathering and building requirements documents.
  • Read and write SQL queries, research/analyze data sources, and understand data flows.
  • Create work items for new requests (intake process) , uploading/maintaining the requirements document library, analyzing data and ensuring adherence to business process controls from each business area
  • Set up and lead occasional process introduction and business area check in meetings
  • Executes requirements tasks timely and escalates roadblocks to success to Leadership for resolution
  • Ensure business teams are adhering to process in accordance with process requirements to satisfy audit requirements and assist with yearly audit as necessary.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
