Offering a $3,000 bonus

LocationMethuen, MA Bright Futures (program for adolescent males)

Pay rate$23.00-$25.00/per hour depending on experience.

Schedule:2 Openings

1.)Wednesday 1pm-9pm

Thursday, Friday 3pm-11pm

Saturday 9am-11pm

2.)Sunday 9am-11pm

Monday, Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Wednesday 1pm-11pm

Qualifications

  • Two to four years or equivalent experience with at-risk youth preferred.
  • Ability to assess a situation independently and deal with youth emergency and crisis situations.
  • Maturity and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively and authoritatively are essential qualities of the position.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The Shift Supervisor or 'Recovery Specialist III' is responsible for:

  • Maintaining primary responsibility for the safety and security of residents and staff on the assigned shift.
  • Ensuring that behavior management protocols are applied consistently.
  • Overseeing Recovery Specialist I and Recovery Specialist II personnel.
  • Maintaining the orderliness of the program milieu by ensuring adherence to structure and schedules.
  • Working mandatory overtime to meet program needs.
