Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury to lead the Treasury functions across Ascendiun and affiliated entities. The role focuses on optimizing capital allocation, managing banking operations, and coordinating with credit facilities and rating agencies.
The position requires 12+ years in treasury/finance within a large health insurance payor environment, plus 6+ years in leadership. CTP/CFA certifications are highly desired and health industry experience is preferred.
