Position Summary:
The Electrical Foreman will oversee and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading a team of electricians, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
  • Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine work requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Qualifications:
