Your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills will ensure financial operations are accurate, efficient, and compliant with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in alignment with GAAP.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries with oversight responsibilities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
  • Assist in budget preparation and ongoing monitoring.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare for audits and work closely with external auditors.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations' efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Participate in annual reviews and prepare financials for submission to our accounting firm.
  • Handle sales tax filings, business licensing, reporting, and asset tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in SAGE 300 CRE and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
