Grace Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is a large business providing services in three outpatient clinics and 18 school systems. We are based in LaFollette, TN but we are looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant to work full-time in Claiborne County Schools, Hancock County Schools, and Union County Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the school system. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine, as well as a desire to provide compassionate care to children.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and prepare a treatment plan for patients.
Supervise the PTA providing individualized treatment plans to patients.
Instruct patients in the use of therapeutic exercise and equipment.
Monitor and document patient progress and provide feedback.
Provide education to patients and families on the importance of physical therapy.
Provide support to patients with pediatric physical therapy needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
