Lead strategic and operational planning for Data and Quantitative Sciences (DQS) within global R&D, enhancing organizational effectiveness and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- establish governance
- manage complex cross-functional programs
- translate organizational priorities into integrated plans
- oversee resource and portfolio management
- drive organizational change and continuous improvement
- requires translating data and project insights into executive-level recommendations
- maintaining operating practices that ensure transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant fields (pharma, life sciences, business) with 8+ years or Bachelor's with 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management, ideally within pharma/biotech R&D.
Preferred
- experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing without direct authority, and applying AI, automation, and digital tools in a regulated environment.
