March 2025 Residency - Various Specialties

Providence is calling for applications to our March 2025 RN Residency . An RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you. This position starts on March 10, 2025.

Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties. Full Time Day Shifts available for Operating Room.

Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000

All other departments: $10,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hir
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated upon hire
