Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manual Machinist in Addison, Illinois. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is from $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 1st shift position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Repair tools, fixtures, and dies Perform changeovers on equipment Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns Perform manual lathe, mill, and drill press equipment Construct jigs and fixtures Braze material as needed







Experience Needed:

At least 3 years of recent machining experience Ability to make parts and repair tooling using mills and lathes Experience with drill presses, manual mills, and manual lathes Must be able to read blueprints, use dial calipers, micrometer, depth gauges, and scales Ability to perform shop math and ability to read schematics
