Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Production Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our website production efforts, focusing on updates across multiple languages to support our international expansion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills while working on globally-focused projects.

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing production workflows in our content management system (CMS), including page building, localization, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance. You'll have the chance to master our tech stack and deliver complete projects from start to finish. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside various teams, including web specialists, SEO experts, external vendors, and cross-functional marketing departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage website production updates in multiple languages using our CMS
  • Participate in and optimize production workflows, including page building, localization, QA, and maintenance
  • Master our tech stack, with a focus on Contentful CMS, Smartling, Siteimprove, and other related tools and integrations
  • Provide day-to-day project management for initiatives involving multiple design and development teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with web teams, SEO specialists, external vendors, marketing departments, and engineers
  • Track digital production progress and ensure on-time project delivery
  • Identify and escalate potential blockers to maintain project momentum
  • Continuously learn and apply digital marketing best practices to support international projects

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Familiarity with localized websites and multilingual content management
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to break down projects into tactical items and drive them to completion
  • 'Can-do' attitude and quick learning capabilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Contentful CMS
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Workfront or Jira
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Understanding of web development principles
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
