Position Overview:

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Radiant Medical Staffing will engage with Skilled Nursing facilities to deliver essential clinical care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver primary nursing services to residents with diverse medical backgrounds
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and execute various treatment protocols
  • Monitor resident conditions and relay significant changes to healthcare providers
  • Provide immediate medical interventions for urgent situations
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers, including but not limited to:

  • Primary Care Providers
  • Home Health Agencies
  • Pharmacies

  • Communicate resident health status to family members or designated representatives
  • Implement directives from Primary Care Providers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
