Job Title: SIS Engineer

Location: Port Neches, TX 77651

Pay Range: $65.00-85.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide design engineering support for various projects, including scope development and execution.
  • Lead and manage projects focused on Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), ensuring compliance with IEC 61511 standards.
  • Collaborate with Process Safety Teams to implement and manage SIS safety life cycle phases.
  • Conduct and participate in Process Safety Management studies, including hazard analyses and incident investigations.
  • Oversee project implementation, including field inspections, coordination, and problem resolution.

What's Needed?

  • BS in Electrical, Computer, Control Systems, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in I/E and SIS Project Engineering.
  • CSFE/CSFP certification or eligibility and active pursuit of certification.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and relevant software tools.
  • Working knowledge of industry codes and standards such as NFPA 70, UL508, and IEC 61511.
