Join our team as a Heavy Civil, Sr. PM - Alternative Delivery, and play a vital role within our team. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead high-profile, complex heavy civil construction projects. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in progressive design-build and/or CMGC, self-perform, heavy civil/heavy highway, construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in these areas.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion. This includes:

1. Overseeing the progressive design build process, ensuring that all designs are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating and supervising self-perform construction activities, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
3. Managing heavy civil and heavy highway construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
4. Liaising with DOT and other regulatory bodies, ensuring that all work is compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Overseeing project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities, and monitoring project progress.
6. Conducting forecasting, budgeting, and estimating activities, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.
7. Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Heavy Civil Sr. PM - Alternative Delivery position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive design build, self-perform, heavy civil, construction.
2. Proven ability to manage complex heavy civil construction projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities, and monitor project progress.
5. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to conduct forecasting, budgeting, and estimating activities.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.
7. A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
