Key Responsibilities:
In alignment with our mission and values, the LPN or RN will:
- Deliver direct resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants in providing care.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio LPN or RN License.
- Preferred experience in assisted living or memory care settings.
Physical Requirements:
- Maintain good physical and mental health.
- Ability to perform injections and IVs, with necessary dexterity.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling weights between 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach in various positions.
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit intermittently throughout the day.
- Adhere to all Infection Control practices.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
