An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
Join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.
This position starts December 2, 2024.
Full-Time, NIGHT Shift Available
Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment ($10,000)
Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
Preferred Qualifications:
- upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
