JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon in Hagerstown Maryland is looking for talented hair stylists/barbers who are passionate about cutting hair, making their clients look and feel great, and want to have fun while doing itOur team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. If you are interested in growing and learning in your cosmetology/barber career, we encourage you to apply toour hair salontoday.

Stylists typically average $26- $36per hour including base pay, tips, retail commissions, and incentives. Our stylist base pay is $15 - $26per hour, depending on performance.

Full-time and Part-time positions are currently available.Our clientele is rapidly growing thanks to our supportive Clients and our amazing Team Members Sport Clips of Hagerstown is looking to add anadditional Team Memberto help support our growing clientele. JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license.
* Availableto work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Proficient in all types of men's and boys' haircuts and textures.
* Product knowledge and the ability to properly educateclients on what products would be best for their needs.
* Ability and willingnessto be flexible and adapt to business, client, and fellow team memberschanging needs.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable.
* Positive attitude.
* Reliable transportation.
* Respective to positive coaching and team member development.
