ACCOUNTING CLERK

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our Client, based in Pittsburgh is actively looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team and handle day-to-day accounting tasks. OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Accounting Clerk maintains financial records, including expense reports, invoices, and receipts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve accounting issues with attention to detail.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures.
  • Support the Finance team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and NetSuite.
  • Accounting Clerk needs strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
