Job Description: As a Baker/Decorator at Patisserie Parmentier, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods and beautifully decorated cakes that delight our customers. We are looking for someone with a love for baking, a keen eye for detail, and some experience in cake decorating.
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
  
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods with precision and creativity.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  
• Ensure all products meet our quality standards.
  
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Previous experience in baking and cake decorating preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for decorating.
  
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Hours:

• 
  
• Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
  
• Closed Saturday and Sunday
  
• Closed on all holidays
  

Compensation:

• 
  
• Starting $16-18, pay commensurate with experience.
  
• No medical benefits
  
• vacation and holiday pay
